Peristalsis is also vital part of mechanical digestion.
This refers to involuntary contractions and relaxations of the muscles of your esophagus, stomach, and intestines to break down food you eat and move it through your digestive system. At last food is digest.

Different types of Nutrition has breakdown by chemical digestion or digestion process.

Like Proteins, carbohydrates and fats, and even smaller portions.
  • Fats: are broken and spread  into fatty acids and monoglycerides.
  • Nucleic acids: are broken down into nucleotide.
  • Polysaccharides, or carbohydrate sugars: are broken down into monosaccharides.
  • Proteins: are broken down into amino acids.
No nutrients in our body can be absorbed without chemicaldigestion.

Where does digestive enzymes found during chemical digestion or digestion process.

Digestive enzymes found in the mouth contains two type:
  • Linguistic lipsa: This enzyme breaks down triglycerides, a type of fat.
  •  salivary amylase: This enzyme breaks down polysaccharides, a complex sugar that is carbohydrate.

What  path that chemical digestion follow.

  1. Stomach
  2.  Small intestine
  3. Large intestine
  4. Chemical digestion follow Bottom line.
Stomach: In human  stomach, their is unique chief cells secrete digestive enzymes.
This is of two type.

One is pepsin, which breaks down proteins in small size.next one is gastric lipase, which breaks down triglycerides.
In human stomach, body absorbs fat-soluble substances, such as aspirin and alcohol.
Small intestine: The small intestine is one of the major and important parts of the human body.
Which helps in the key point of chemical absorption and the absorption of glucose for major food components, such as amino acids, peptides and energy.

For digestion, many types of enzymes are released in the small intestine and near the pancreas. These include succrez to digest lactose and digest sugars and sugars.
Large intestine: The large intestine does not release digestive enzymes, but it contain bacteria that further break down nutrients which comes from food. Its also help in absorption vitamins, minerals, and water.
The bottom line :Chemical digestion is a most important part of the digestive process. Without it, human body could n’t be able to absorb nutrients from the foods eats by human.
